Resurface the pool. Keep the shell.
Pool decks and pool interiors — one seamless surface, shaped by water.
A seamless surface of granite and acrylic resin, hand-troweled with the strength of stone and the flex of resin — or Monolith, a water-permeable resin-bound stone surfacing for decks. Resurfaced over existing concrete, pavers or tile — no demolition, always matte with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 coat. Interiors sealed for permanent immersion, one continuous vessel with no grout lines to age. Get your complete material kit and price in under 60 seconds.

Step 1Enter your dimensions
Measure the paved surround - we subtract the water so you only buy what you coat.
Walls and floor beneath the water - calculated from length, width and average depth.
The overall paved area, pool included - the longest length and width, rough feet are fine.
We remove the water's footprint from the deck math - freeform pools measure fine as rectangles.
Floor plus all four walls at average depth - shallow-to-deep slopes average out on their own.
Enter the combined area you plan to finish. We apply the material allowance automatically.
Step 2Pick your finish
Every finish takes any movement - calm and modern to boldly artistic. The trowel writes the pattern; the finish sets the grain.
Microterrazzo blend
White base, tintable with any of our colors - lighter shades keep the quartz visible.
Step 3Pick your color or stone
Twenty natural blends - the color lives in the stone itself. Your last step: pick it, and the kit is complete.
Pick your stone first
Then choose the color of the base below - the stone sets the field, the tint sets the tone.
See every blend at terrazzo-usa.com/monolith.
Pick your color next
The full standard palette - over 50 colors in warm, cool and earth tones.
Step 4Pick your protection level
The level sets the thickness of the build: Maximum simply adds more material and sealer to your kit for harder-working surfaces. Nothing else changes.
Every deck finishes matte, sealed and topped with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 coat - sure footing barefoot, wet or dry.
The selected preset uses a fixed protection build.

A smarter way to renovate pools — without the tear-out.
Traditional pool remodels carry hidden costs: deck demolition, coping replacement, replastering queues, waste hauling, permit delays, and a swim season lost to construction. Cementitious plaster and microcement can resurface too, but bring their own risks — shrinkage cracking, efflorescence, mottling as they cure. TERRAZZO GraniTech avoids both paths.
Percentage savings hold across markets. Labor rates differ between South Florida, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, but the relative advantage stays consistent — and the patented granite + resin chemistry is what makes the over-tile install possible at all. Building new? The same system installs straight onto cured gunite, shotcrete and concrete — one material from sun deck to pool floor. Request a sample to feel the anti-slip surface underfoot.
What you eliminate
The finishes
The hand writes the movement. The finish sets the grain.
Every TERRAZZO GraniTech finish arrives as a ready-to-use paste — and every one of them takes any movement. Troweled flat, it reads modern and mirror-calm. Moved loosely, it drifts like limewash. Worked boldly, it becomes artistic, sculptural texture. What you choose here is not the pattern — it’s the grain beneath it. The sealer sets the final note: matte, satin, or a subtle semi-gloss.
The surface
Depth built into the surface.
Color is the least of it. Beneath every movement your applicator writes, TERRAZZO GraniTech builds a dense, cement-free granite + resin body over your prepared floor — thin as a coin, sealed against water, engineered to live in sun, chlorine and bare feet without losing the pattern the trowel left. The pattern is yours. The permanence is built in.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is this an alternative to pool plaster or pebble finishes?
Yes. The granite + acrylic resin body delivers a seamless, mineral pool interior — more flexible than cementitious plaster, without the roughness of pebble, and sealed for permanent immersion.
Can it go over my existing pool deck without demolition?
Yes. It’s applied in thin layers over properly prepared existing concrete, pavers or tile — no demolition, no tear-out. Any smooth, stable surface that is not flexing.
Is the deck slippery when wet?
No. Every pool deck finishes matte with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 topcoat — sure footing barefoot, wet or dry.
Can it line the inside of the pool?
Yes. The pool interior — walls and floor beneath the water — is finished as one seamless surface and sealed for permanent immersion.
Can it go over gunite, shotcrete or an existing tiled pool?
Yes. Cured gunite, shotcrete, concrete and sound existing tile are all suitable substrates — properly prepared and primed, with the shell’s waterproofing intact.
How long is the pool out of service?
Days, not weeks. Decks are resurfaced in place; interiors are drained, finished and refilled — no demolition on either path.
What surfaces can it be applied to?
Existing concrete, pavers, stone and tile — any smooth, stable surface that is not flexing, properly prepared and primed.
