Resurface the balcony. Keep every tile beneath.
A seamless balcony floor — quiet, stone-like ground beneath the open sky.
The balcony remodel without demolition: granite and acrylic resin, hand-troweled seamless over the tile you already own — or Monolith, a water-permeable resin-bound stone, or Micromosaic, a value-engineered terrazzo. Every path is waterproof and matte, closed with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 coat — sure footing in rain, sun and salt air. Your complete material kit and price, in under 60 seconds.

Step 1Enter your dimensions
Measure the longest length and width of each space - rough feet are fine. We calculate the rest.
The full slab, wall to rail.
Doing both balconies, or a terrace that turns a corner? One kit, one continuous surface.
Enter the combined area you plan to finish. We apply the material allowance automatically.
Step 2Pick your finish
Every finish takes any movement - calm and modern to boldly artistic. The trowel writes the pattern; the finish sets the grain.
Microterrazzo blend
White base, tintable with any of our colors - lighter shades keep the quartz visible.
Step 3Pick your color or stone
Twenty natural blends - the color lives in the stone itself. Your last step: pick it, and the kit is complete.
Pick your stone first
Then choose the color of the base below - the stone sets the field, the tint sets the tone.

Pick your color next
The full standard palette - over 50 colors in warm, cool and earth tones.
Step 4Pick your protection level
Every balcony finishes matte - sealed, then closed with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 coat: sure footing in rain, sun and open air. Maximum simply adds one further coat of sealer - a deeper shield for harder-working terraces.
The selected preset uses a fixed protection build.

Before
After
Before / After
The same balcony. Days apart, not weeks.
Drag the line. The tile never left — it simply disappeared beneath one seamless, weathertight plane, hand-troweled edge to edge and finished matte with the Anti-Slip R-11 coat.
Applied over the existing tile — no demolition, no waterproofing redo, no debris carried through the home.
A smarter way to remodel balconies — without the tear-out.
Traditional balcony remodels carry hidden costs: tile demolition, waterproofing redo, leveling, debris hauled through the home, permit delays, and weeks of closed access. Cement-based microcement can install over tile too, but introduces its own risks — shrinkage cracking, efflorescence, color shift during cure. TERRAZZO GraniTech avoids both paths.
Percentage savings hold across markets. Labor rates differ between South Florida, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, but the relative advantage stays consistent — and the patented granite + resin chemistry is what makes the over-tile install possible at all. Building new? The same system installs straight onto cured concrete over the membrane of your choice. Request a sample to feel the anti-slip surface underfoot.
What you eliminate
The finishes
The hand writes the movement. The finish sets the grain.
Every TERRAZZO GraniTech finish arrives as a ready-to-use paste — and every one of them takes any movement. Troweled flat, it reads modern and mirror-calm. Moved loosely, it drifts like limewash. Worked boldly, it becomes artistic, sculptural texture. What you choose here is not the pattern — it’s the grain beneath it. The sealer sets the final note: matte, satin, or a subtle semi-gloss.
The surface
Depth built into the surface.
Color is the least of it. Beneath every movement your applicator writes, TERRAZZO GraniTech builds a dense, cement-free granite + resin body over your prepared floor — thin as a coin, sealed against water, engineered to carry planters, furniture, weather and years of open-air use without losing the pattern the trowel left. The pattern is yours. The permanence is built in.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is TERRAZZO GraniTech a microcement alternative for balconies?
Yes. It delivers the same seamless aesthetic with a granite-aggregate + acrylic resin matrix — more flexible than cement-based microcement, inherently water-resistant, and built for open-air floors.
Can it go over my existing balcony tile without demolition?
Yes. It’s applied in thin layers over properly prepared existing tile — no demolition, no tear-out, no debris through the home. The sound waterproofing beneath keeps working.
How do you go over tile?
We degloss the surface, close the joints with thinset — or a self-leveler where joints are very large — then build the system: epoxy primer with fiberglass mesh and a silica-sand broadcast, two to three coats of material depending on the finish, and two to three coats of sealer.
Do I need to redo my waterproofing?
If the existing waterproofing beneath uncompromised tile is sound, we simply surface over it with our proven system. TERRAZZO GraniTech is a waterproof decorative finish — not a waterproofing membrane — but if the existing tile is intact, there is no reason to demolish.
Can it handle sun, rain and frost?
The granite + resin body is sealed against water and finished for exterior use — the same system runs on terraces, patios and pool surrounds. Every balcony kit closes with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 matte topcoat.
Is it slippery when wet?
No. Balcony and terrace floors always finish with the certified Anti-Slip R-11 matte topcoat — sure footing in rain and around water.
Can I use it in new construction?
Yes. On new balconies it installs straight onto cured concrete or screeds, over the waterproofing membrane of your choice.
What surfaces can it be applied to?
Existing tile, stone and cured concrete or screeds — any smooth, stable surface that is not flexing, properly prepared and primed.
